TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

In the spring of 1995, we installed a complete Kam Automatic Sampling System in our Corpus Christi Crude Terminal. The system was tested and certified in July of that year, and we secured U.S. Customs approval soon afterward.

We currently utilize this system for our shipboard crude oil purchases and are very pleased with its performance. We are convinced that our quality determination has escalated to a new level, and our dollar savings to date have been very impressive.

The Kam Controls personnel have continuously provided superior technical and mechanical support, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
